I am from a tour agency in Singapore, I have a group of about 25 devotees,would like to attend the Kalachakra on 25 March 2010, as they have not been there as well as we have not organised such event would like to know more about the event and what is needed from the devotees. Are there any accomodations nearby, meals etc and what would be the cost per person. We can handle the transport from Singapore / Jarkarta and jarkarta to Bogor etc. Most like;y is they fly there on 24th and fly back on 26th March. Please let me know so that we can help the devotees as there is on about 20 days to prepare.
